AIMMChicago, the Alliance of Independent Meeting Managers, was created in 2002 by a group of professionals involved in meeting management services. Currently, AIMMChicago membership is limited to owners of independent meeting management businesses with no more than two permanent employees, providing meeting management services to corporations, associations and individuals with event planning needs.
Our mission is to enhance our members' ability to offer outstanding professional meeting management services. We accomplish this through the following activities:

• Offering ongoing education
• Exchanging ideas
• Keeping current on and informed of industry trends
• Honing entrepreneurial skills
• Refining skills as meeting managers
